• We offer two options for you to receive your item(s) : Delivery by Fedex and Local Pick-Up.

• Delivery (By Fedex)

• Charges within Brunei amounts to BND5.00 per delivery.

• Your delivery charges will be added to your purchase total and total amount to be paid will be confirmed through e-mail.

• For in-stock items, confirmed puchases will be sent for delivery every Saturday of the week. However, if you prefer the items sooner, you may place your request at 'Notes' when filling your address details during checkout. Alternatively, you may also drop us an e-mail at the Contacts page.

• You will be notified through e-mail once your items have been sent for delivery. You can expect for your purchase(s) to arrive within the next few days.

• Local Pick-Up

• Pick-Up for Bandar-Muara area is available from Kiulap every Wednesday and Saturday. Time and meeting place in Kiulap will be confirmed through e-mail.

• Pick-Up for Tutong and Belait areas are available every Sunday. Time and meeting place will be confirmed through e-mail.

• For pre-orders, it would generally take between 1 to 4 weeks for shipment to arrive and delivered. Buyers will be contacted accordingly.
