Everybody has their own body hang-ups. There's always some part of you that you believe should be smaller or bigger or not there at all. Although, yes, you can lose weight by exercising or dieting, physical traits like height or the shape of your eyes cannot be changed without going through drastic measures.
We personally don't believe that anyone's happiness should rest on whether you have the perfect figure or not. The idea is to LOVE what you already have and to make the best out of it.
However, sometimes, you just have those days when you feel everything about you is ugly. Just telling you to not feel that way is not enough. So, here we list five things to do to get your mindset in the right frame.
Pamper yourself
Call your favourite spa and book yourself for an all-out, head-to-toe pampering session. Manicure, pedicure, full body scrub, back massage, the works. At the end of the session, you'll feel relaxed, fresh and almost new! A 'YOU' day will definitely help to chase those blues away.
